USING FLAT RATE PHARMACY LOCUMS
- 1) Contact us using any of the details provided in the “Contact Us” section
- Please specify details of the position required (date, time, location)
- 2) You with be contacted within 90 minutes to confirm if we have any locums available for the shifts requested
- 3) If appropriate you will be provided with a booking form, which contains details required for the locum
- 4) Upon completion of the shift an invoice will be sent to the specified email address
- We kindly request that we receive remittance within 3 working days of invoicing
- 5) You will also be provided with a feedback form which we kindly ask that you fill out so that we are able to ensure that we have satisfied your needs fully and are able to maintain our 5 star locum rating
